Worry Free Returns & Exchanges

  1. Eligible orders for return or exchange must be unwashed, unused, and free of stains or debris. Returns that do not pass quality control standards cannot be accepted, modified, or exchanged for any reason due to health and safety standards.
  2. Fill out this Return Form to tell us what you need and why you are returning your belt. Returns should be postmarked within 10 business days of initial delivery. Orders returned over 10 business days may not be accepted, modified, or exchanged. Please contact Customer Service if you need assistance.
  3. Mail returns to: Stealth Belt 210 West Oakland Ave Ste. B Johnson City, TN 37604. Please include your name, sales order number, and contact information in your return. You are responsible for return shipping and handling. If you suspect an error with your order, please contact Customer Service.
  4. Once received in our offices, your return will be processed in the order in which it is received. Exchanges will be processed with no additional shipping charges. You may be charged a minimum of $35.00 restock or remake fee for certain styles. A change in style may result in a difference of cost. You will be contacted if payment is needed. Refund requests will be processed to the original form of payment, less shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees. Please contact Customer Service with any questions prior to returning.

CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES

Some countries charge customs fees, duties, and taxes on international shipments. These fees are separate from the shipping and handling costs paid with us. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are your responsibility.

If possible, try to pick up your package at the customs office with a letter of necessity or prescription from your doctor. This may help, but is not a guarantee. Some countries may waive this fee if you contact them and let them know it is a medical device. Contact your customs office to learn more about their policies.

If you choose not to pay taxes or refuse the package due to fees, most customs offices will return the package to the sender. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item less your shipping and applicable restocking fees.
