Worry Free Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible orders that are unwashed, unused, and free from stains, odors, or debris. Please note that returns not meeting our quality control standards cannot be accepted, modified, or exchanged, in adherence to health and safety regulations.

For a full credit refund or exchange, returns should be postmarked within 10 business days from the initial delivery. Orders returned after 30 days may not be accepted, modified, or exchanged. In case of any suspected errors with your order, kindly contact our Customer Service before initiating a return.

If your belt meets the return criteria mentioned above, please complete our Return Form to commence the process.

Include your name, sales order number, and contact information in the return package. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping and handling. If there's any suspicion of an error with your order, please contact Customer Service.

Upon receiving your return at our offices, it will be processed in the order received. Even exchanges will be processed without additional shipping charges. For custom-made orders, a minimum restock or remake fee of $50.00 may apply. Any change in style may result in a cost difference, and if necessary, you will be contacted for payment. Refund requests will be processed to the original form of payment, minus shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees. Kindly reach out to Customer Service for any inquiries before initiating a return.

We strive to assist you in getting your order right the first time. Please refer to our 'how to measure' video or contact our Customer Service Department for assistance before placing an order. CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES

Certain countries impose customs fees, duties, and taxes on international shipments. These fees are separate from the shipping and handling costs paid to us. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are your responsibility. Contact your customs office to understand their policies and their potential impact on your shipment.

If you opt not to pay taxes or refuse the package due to fees, most customs offices will return the package to the sender. In this instance, you will receive a refund for the item's cost, less the shipping and applicable restocking fees.

WARRANTY

Each Stealth Belt is covered by a 6-month limited warranty. If you suspect a defect, please send an email to sales@stealthbelt.com including your Sales Order number and photos depicting the defect, along with full-view images of the front and back of the Stealth Belt. Your email will be reviewed, and a Customer Service representative will contact you to provide a resolution. Warranty requests beyond 6 months will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and require management's final approval.
