Meet Daniel

Daniel Shockley is a retired Navy Veteran who had his large intestine removed due to Attenuated Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (AFAP). Since the surgery, Daniel has spoken around the country to medical professionals about his experience and how the use of a positive mindset has helped him navigate his new life with grace and dignity.

Daniels catchphrase is a reworked version of the AFAP acronym: "Always Forge Ahead with a Purpose". He uses it to help inspire others who may be struggling after surgery to find meaning and get back to living a fulfilling lifestyle!
