Amanda already wore the sleeptime belt and today she is so excited to wear the everyday stealthbelt to school!!!!! Perfect timing because on Sunday she starts her ice skating lessons! My husband ordered your belt in December 2010 and when it arrived I was so impressed with the quality of the fabric, and construction I had to call you and tell you. I do a lot of sewing and I could never do this on my own!! We ordered the belt because we had a family cruise coming up and since the surgery my husband has always kept a shirt on and did not feel comfortable going into the water. We have a 2 1/2 year old daughter and playing on the beach was something we were looking forward to, at least I was. I had no idea that my husband was so worried about it. He started wearing the belt as soon as it came to get used to it and he loved it for work, but he was still a tad nervous about the beach and ocean.
The second day of the Cruise we were in St. Marteen and spent the day on the beach, he was hesitant at first to take off his shirt, but he did and we all spent the day playing and having a blast. He had no trouble, and after a few minutes his anxiety was gone. Later that night when our daughter fell asleep and we were laying in bed talking about the fun we had, he started to get emotional. He said for the first time since his surgery he felt like a "Man" again, and that he was so excited to play with our daughter in the waves and not feel like he was going to make a mess and make a big scene at the beach in front of people. He said he felt so good about his daughter being able to see her daddy being just like everyone else and being able to play with her in the water with out a shirt, and not thinking twice about it.
I have been wanting to enroll our daughter in a swim class at the local gym with a pool but with my heart condition I can't guarantee that I would be able to participate with her, and my husband has now said sign us up and I will take her.
Your product has not only changed his life, it has changed life for our family. Daddy can now participate in everything again.

It was good to talk to you on the phone from Cleveland Clinic on Monday, even though I may not have sounded like it. I was about to eat my first meal in 4 days so I was a little bit preoccupied, but just to hear someone else's (or a survivor's) voice past life in the hospital was really nice.
I wanted to let you know that I started wearing the stealth belt this morning and it feels great. I'm still weak from the surgery and it'll be a while till my stomach muscles start actually working again, but I already can tell a huge difference in my attitude with the belt. Mostly, when I stand up I don't groan in anger and disgust at the weight of a plastic bag hanging off my stomach. Also, the zipper system is genius. I showed your website to my home care nurse, who had never heard of it. She'll definitely be introducing it to her clientele.

I ordered the Stealthbelt a couple weeks ago. From the website, it sounded like the belt would come in a week to 10 days or so. I was surprised to receive in the mail within 3 days. I was very happy.
I tried the belt immediately and loved it. I got the pro. It is very easy to use and is very very comfortable.
I never had problems with my bag leaking before and it still doesn't with the stealthbelt.
I got the stealthbelt mainly to use with my exercising. I use it to run and for my aerobics classes. It fits snuggle and make me feel secure, nothing bouncing and feeling like it might come off.
I had to get used to emptying my bag with the bag being sideways. I have to bend over farther to help prevent splashing back onto myself. It is also harder for my to completely empty my bag with the bag being sideways on me.
I am recommending this product highly to my PT therapist who has helped me since I had my surgery in May and have my ileostomy. It is very well made, easy to use and very comfortable to wear.

I just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful work that you have done to make this item work for me. I just received the new Stealthbelt today in the mail. I have had it on for the past 4 hours and find this one so much more comfortable than the first.
I think that the extra material all around, and the material that you used to help keep the belt from rolling up is the key. I plan to wear it to bed and also to work tomorrow before I call it a 100% success, but right now I can call it a 90% success. I am confident that after I get through the night and work tomorrow I will be calling it 100%.
Thank you for the extra handouts that you enclosed in with the belt. I will be giving them to everyone that I know that uses or has a family member that has an Ostomy. I know that many other people feel the same way that I do about the lack of options that are out there.
So when one of us finds something that helps we pass it along. Word of Mouth is the best kind of advertising. I thank you again, and I will give you a followup in the next day or too.

Two years ago my 12 year old daughter was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. After a year of unsuccessful medical treatment, she underwent a total colectomy in May of 2010 where she was given a temporary ileostomy. After major complications of the ileostomy take down surgery, she had to have a new ileostomy which she ended up having for nine months.
She has always been a very active, athletic girl, and her biggest concern was that she would not be able to play sports. While she was in the hospital, we found your web-site and convinced her that maybe your product would allow her to be able to still be active. She agreed to try it, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results. As a young girl, she was very self conscious of the ileostomy and whether others would notice it. The Stealth Belt gave her the confidence to participate in school and other activities as she always had. She participated in basketball and volleyball while having the ileostomy. She played with the same aggressive, competitiveness that she had always had before becoming ill.
I do not think she would have ever continued to be involved without the Stealth Belt.
It has been three months since she has had the take down of the last ileostomy and she is doing great. She refers to the Stealth Belt has her "friend" and knows that it helped her through the difficulties of dealing with her ileostomy. The belt held up great through all of the activity, washing/drying, etc. We will be forever grateful that we were able to find a product that could be specially made with care for our child. Back in September 2009 you were good enough to send one of your original Stealth Belts to the UK to myself. I’ll be honest and say it sat in my house unused for quite some time. I finally used it last Sunday for the first time. I had my stoma formed in 2000 due to ulcerative colitis. To cut a long story short the surgery and the bag have messed me up a little and I’ve never quite accepted it.
For the past 10 years I’ve been lacking in self-asteem, been very inhibited and let life pass me by. Before the surgery I used to really enjoy swimming but because of my attitude to life following surgery I gave up on ever going to a public pool again, mostly out of fear of ridicule with my bag on show. Then the turn of the decade comes and I decide enough is enough. I’m going to start living my life again. One thing I decide I’d love to do again is swimming. So out comes your stealth belt and after a break of almost 11 years I’ve now been swimming twice this week.
You cannot begin to imagine how such a simple thing is a huge deal for me. I feel like my life has taken a new positive spin and my self confidence is improving. And I feel your stealth belt has been an integral part in starting to get my life back. I really want to thank you for developing a great idea. The concept of the stealth belt far surpasses anything else on the market. Its a sleek and useful design which gives people in our position our dignity back.
I understand that you have improved the design and that several new variations are available. I’ll definitely be in the market for some more stealth belts! Assuming you are still willing to ship them to the UK that is. I’m really interested to know if the belts are finding an appreciative audience. If you need someone to sing and shout about them in the UK then I’m your man.

its a small one 350 lbs but I made sure that before it went off to Japan that I got a picture with it. I included two other photos of the fish swimming in front of the boat.
I had the Ostemy surgery done this Past December best desicion I ever made should have done it alot earlier but who is ready to make that kind of change. The belt helps like you wouldnt not imagine while being out on the water, makes life A WHOLE LOT EASIER.

I am 11 weeks post surgery and am starting to get healed and my strength back. I wanted to resume playing golf again. I ordered my belt and have used it 3 times and it hasreally has made a difference!!
Measuring was easy, I greatly appreciated the rush order, and it has worked as advertised. Even though I am 65 years old, I am giving my first "SHOUT OUT" to Richard for his help and the Stealth Belt product.
I highly recomend it to other Ostomy patients.

I've been meaning to write you and thank you so so much for the Stealth Belt! It worked out so well for me in the marathon and felt like I wasn't wearing anything to hold my ostomy in place! It was extremely comfortable and what I enjoyed most out of it was that I did not have to adjust it at all during the 2 hours of running.

Hi Just getting round to writing this to say thank you . I had surgery for diverticular disease in September this year had large part of my bowel removed and had temporary stoma fitted .After the surgery i was feeling pretty dam low plus i was due to go an holiday to Thailand 6 weeks later but the idea of going on holiday with that bloody bag ( excuse the french) did not apeal to me on damn bit but as weeks passed i started to feel better and better but the idea of going on holiday with the bag stuck to me made me feel sick so i started searching the internet for something to cover the bag only finding small pouches and large waist bands which i bought several off and was fairly happy with for under my clothes but no use for my holidays as i wanted to get my t-shirt of and get a tan go swimming ect ect then i found your site liked what i saw so i phoned and spoke to yourself order two told you i was going on holiday fairly soon and would need them in a hurry as i stay in Scotland .
Well i cannot thank you enough for your fast delivery and exellent belts seemed a little expensive at the time but when on holiday worth every dam penny the gave me the confidence i would not have had without your stealthbelts i could sunbathe go swimming jet ski all the things i love doing on holiday i know i could just put a t-shirt on and that would cover it but its not the same as its dam warm there they looked great with my shorts on looks so natural too so i would just like to thank u againg because without your help and belts i would not have enjoyed my holiday and would have been miserable for my full holiday and my wife says thanks to cause its made her life happier too cause if things are not going my way i am a bit of a nightmare lol so again thank you very much

As promised attached is a picture of me in my Elvis costume wearing my white Stealth Belt. The belt was not noticeable under the white jumpsuit, was comfortable and most important gave me the confidence to perform without having to worry about my ostomy – forgot I had one.

I just got my belts yesterday and your company was terrific in getting them to me in a day, since I'm going away for the month of February. I've been searching for a product like this since having my colon removed in December 2009. BOY, AM I IMPRESSED.
I saw another product online, however, it looks like a Model T and yours is like a Rolls Royce! After 1 day of wearing your product, I can't tell you how pleased I am with the quality, functionality, and aesthetic of your product. I'm calling my ostomy nurse today and singing the praises of your product to her so that she can suggest it to her other patients.
